The web site https://www.ebizfinancesavingandloan.com announces that Ebiz Finance Saving and Loan Corporation is a division of Corporación Financiera Ebiz (Panama), licensed by Dirección General de Empresas Financiera and that since 2005, it was authorized to carry out foreign exchange activities under the “Casa de Cambio” regulations.
2. At Mercantile Section of the Public Registry of Panama there is registered the company E-biz Financial Corp. (In English) o Corporación Financiera E-Biz (In Spanish) under microjacket 457178, which according to the link https://www.mici.gob.pa/imagenes/pdf/listado_de_financieras_2011.pdf of the Ministerio de Comercio e Industria is authorized as Financial Company.
3. E-biz Financial Corp. (In English) o Corporación Financiera E-Biz (In Spanish), does not have any kind of license issued by the SMV, nor has it been authorized to carry out brokerage or investment advisory or Forex business in or from Panama.
4. The company E-biz Financial Corp. (In English) o Corporación Financiera E-Biz (In Spanish) does not have any office in Panama.
5. Under the above circumstances, the SMV warns the public, considering the content of this public release.

Que el sitio web https://www.ebizfinancesavingandloan.com anuncia que Ebiz Finance Saving and Loan Corporation es una división de la Corporación Financiera Ebiz (Panamá), con licencia emitida por la Dirección General de Empresas Financieras y que desde el año 2005, fue autorizada para dedicarse a actividades del mercado de divisas bajo las regulaciones de las Casas de Cambio.
2. Que en la Sección Mercantil del Registro Público de Panamá, se encuentra registrada la sociedad E-biz Financial Corp. (En Inglés) o Corporación Financiera E-Biz (En Español), bajo la ficha 457178, la cual según la dirección de internet https://www.mici.gob.pa/imagenes/pdf/listado_de_financieras_2011.pdf del Ministerio de Comercio e Industrias, se encuentra autorizada como empresa financiera.

The Financial Services Authority of The United Kingdom has warned that the company Centex Resources S.A. does not have any authorization to carry out regulated activities in the securities market.  This information is available in the following link: https://www.fsa.gov.uk/pages/Doing/Regulated/Law/Alerts/overseas.shtml#o.
2. The company Centex Resources S.A., registered in the Public Registry of Panama, under microjacket 702114, document 1781601 of the Mercantile Section, has not been issued any kind of license by the CNV, nor has been authorized to carry out brokerage or investment advisory in or from Panama. Consequently, the activities of this company and the performance of its operations cannot be endorsed or guaranteed by the CNV.
3. The company Centex Resources S.A. states through its website https://www.centexresources.com/investors.php, that they have offices in the Republic of Panama, however this company does not have own offices, as said stated offices belong to a company named Vircen Internacional, which offers virtual office services.

The Ontario Securities Commission, on September 17th, 2019, has publicly notified a warning to the investors about Blue Sail Trading Company (BST) and its associated trading platform Derivative 360 ​​/ 360Pro, due to is not authorized for brokerage or securities consulting in Ontario. https://www.osc.gov.on.ca/en/NewsEvents_nr_20190917_osc-investor-alert-blue-sail-trading.htm
2. According to this alert, BST operates the bluesailtrading.com website and claims to have offices in Costa Rica, Panama, Colombia and Dubai. Through the website, the company offers brokerage services for trading in shares, commodities and forex, among others.

The SMV has verified the content of the aforementioned website and has confirmed the referent of Panama, as a part of the contact information, in this sense; the SMV warns that Blue Sail Trading (BST) does not have a license or registration to carry out stock market activities nor FOREX in or from the Republic of Panama.

The Superintendency of the Securities Market of the Republic of Panama (hereinafter the “SMV”), in accordance with its legal duty to strengthen and develop the securities market in Panama, and with the purpose of protect the legal framework and the integrity and stability of the securities market in compliance with regulations of the Securities Law (Unified Text of Decree-Law #1 of 8^th of July, 1999), warns the public, of the following:

1. The Ontario Securities Commission has warned that the company BLACKHAWK MINES CORP does not have any authorization to carry out regulated activities in the securities market. This information is available in the following link: https://www.osc.gov.on.ca/en/Investors_wl_20130418_blackhawk.htm
2. The company BLACKHAWK MINES CORP, is not registered in the Public Registry of Panama. Said company has not been issued any kind of license by the SMV, nor has been authorized to carry out brokerage or investment advisory in or from Panama.
3. The company BLACKHAWK MINES CORP does not have offices in the Republic of Panama. The address related with the Ontario Securities Commission warning list which is placed in the web site www.blackhawkmines.com, belong to the company REGUS BUSINESS CENTER PANAMA, S.A. who register a P.O. Box of BLACKHAWK MINES CORP until February 2012.

The National Securities Commission of the Republic of Panama (Comisión Nacional de Valores de la República de Panamá-CNV), pursuant to its legal duty to protect the securities market in Panama, and in compliance with regulations of the Decree Law No.1 of July 8th of 1999 and its agreements, warns investors and the general public that:

The company. ATLANTIC FINANCIAL HOLDING, INC., (www.f1investments.com) which is incorporated in the Public Registry of Panama under Microjacket number 1183081, document 1350942 of the Mercantile Section of the Public Registry, has not been issued any kind of license by the CNV, nor has been authorized to carry out business as a financial intermediary of securities or investments in or from the Republic of Panama.

This company claims to provide an online trading platform for forex, forex options, commodities and contracts for difference. 2. The company NEURS (not registered in Panama), has not been granted any kind of license or registration by the SMV, therefore not authorized to carry out activities of the securities market, including, business of intermediation, administration or advisory in securities, financial instruments or forex, in or from the Republic of Panama, within the scope of the Securities Law.

The company NEURS, has no offices in the Republic of Panama.

La Comisión Nacional de Valores (en adelante CNV), en virtud de la atribución que le confiere la Ley para fomentar y fortalecer las condiciones propicias para el desarrollo del mercado de valores en la República de Panamá y con el propósito de salvaguardar la integridad y estabilidad del mismo, en cumplimiento de la normativa contenida en el Decreto Ley 1 del 8 de julio de 1999 y sus Acuerdos, comunica al público lo siguiente:

1. Que la Autoridad Financiera Supervisora de Suecia (Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority), mediante aviso de alerta ha comunicado que la sociedad Joseph Cooke Ltd., no cuenta con autorización para realizar actividades reguladas. 2. Que en la Sección Mercantil del Registro Público de la República de Panamá, no se ubica registro de la sociedad Joseph Cooke Ltd.. Sumado a lo anterior, dicha compañía no es, ni ha sido titular de licencia expedida por la CNV, por lo que no cuenta con autorización para llevar a cabo negocios de intermediación o asesoría en materia de valores o de inversión en o desde la República de Panamá.
3. Que la sociedad Joseph Cooke Ltd., no cuenta con oficinas propias en la República de Panamá, toda vez que las mencionadas en el comunicado de la Autoridad Financiera Supervisora de Suecia y que según esta información fueron anunciadas en el sitio web: www.jbcooke.com, corresponden a la empresa Regus Panamá, que no guarda registro de ningún arrendamiento a nombre de empresa Joseph Cooke Ltd.

The company IG Administrative & Custodial Services Inc., incorporated in the Public Registry of Panama under Form number 504527, Document 846285of the Trade Section, has not been issued any kind of license by the Commission, nor has been authorized to carry out businesses as a financial intermediary of securities or investments in or from Panama.

2. The activities of this company are not subject to regulation and supervision of the CNV, which can’t endorse or guarantee the performance of its operations.
