Warning – Non Authorized Entity –Blackhawk Mines Corp

PUBLIC RELEASE

The Superintendency of the Securities Market of the Republic of Panama (hereinafter the “SMV”), in accordance with its legal duty to strengthen and develop the securities market in Panama, and with the purpose of protect the legal framework and the integrity and stability of the securities market in compliance with regulations of the Securities Law (Unified Text of Decree-Law #1 of 8^th of July, 1999), warns the public, of the following:

1. The Ontario Securities Commission has warned that the company BLACKHAWK MINES CORP does not have any authorization to carry out regulated activities in the securities market. This information is available in the following link: https://www.osc.gov.on.ca/en/Investors_wl_20130418_blackhawk.htm
2. The company BLACKHAWK MINES CORP, is not registered in the Public Registry of Panama. Said company has not been issued any kind of license by the SMV, nor has been authorized to carry out brokerage or investment advisory in or from Panama.
3. The company BLACKHAWK MINES CORP does not have offices in the Republic of Panama. The address related with the Ontario Securities Commission warning list which is placed in the web site www.blackhawkmines.com, belong to the company REGUS BUSINESS CENTER PANAMA, S.A. who register a P.O. Box of BLACKHAWK MINES CORP until February 2012.
