The Superintendency of the Securities Market of the Republic of Panama (hereinafter the “SMV”), in accordance with its legal duty to strengthen and promote the proper environment for the development of the securities market in the Republic of Panama, in compliance with regulation contained in the Securities Law, makes the following public statement:
That the Panamanian companies named:
- Avanti Holdings, Inc., registered in the Mercantile Section of the Public Registry, under Microjacket #158827, Roll 16798, Image 0036.
- Interfinanzas Advisors Corp., registered in the Mercantile Section of the Public Registry, under Microjacket #.762396, Document #2133547.
- IBS Consulting Group, registered in the Mercantile Section of the Public Registry, under Microjacket 704204, Document No.1793991.
Have not been issued any kind of license by the SMV, nor have they been authorized to carry on activities of intermediation, administration, or advisory in securities, financial instruments or forex, in or from the Republic of Panama, within the scope of the Securities Law.
That the web site https:// interfinanzaadvisor.com, there is claim that their Address in Panama, Building Century Tower, floor 4, and office 602-95, which is not accurate.
