LUZ VERDE PANAMA S A registered in the Ministry of Commerce and Industry of Panama under the Permission number 1987043-1-738034-2011-323568, is a company that its scope of business is not related with activities of intermediation, administration, or advisory in securities, financial instruments or Forex, in or from the Republic of Panama within the regulation of the Securities Law, therefore has not been issued any type of license or authorization by the SMV, to carry any of the aforementioned activities supervise by the SMV.
