WARNING – NON AUTHORIZED ENTITY – ROCKET CONSULTANT GROUP

PUBLIC RELEASE

The Superintendence of the Securities Market of the Republic of Panama (hereinafter the “SMV”), in accordance with its legal duty to strengthen and promote the proper environment for the development of the securities market in the Republic of Panama, in compliance with regulation contained in the Securities Law, makes the following public statement:

1. The Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority, on December 3, 2018, has publicly notified a warning to the investor about the company ROCKET CONSULTANT GROUP. This company claims to provide an online trading platform for forex, forex options, commodities and contracts for difference. ROCKET CONSULTANT GROUP is not registered to trade in, or advise on, securities or exchange contracts in Switzerland. https://www.finma.ch/en/finma-public/warning-list/rocket-consultant-group/
2. The company ROCKET CONSULTANT GROUP is marketed through the website and indicates that they are located in the Tower of the Americas, Panama City, Panama. This company has been carrying out activities that require authorization according to the Securities Market Law.
3. Under the above circumstances, the SMV warns the public considering the contents of this public release.
