The Superintendency of the Securities Market of the Republic of Panama (hereinafter the “SMV”), in accordance with its legal duty to strengthen and promote the proper environment for the development of the securities market in the Republic of Panama, in compliance with regulation contained in the Securities Law, makes the following public statement:

That the Panamanian company named:

PRESCOTT FITZGERALD INCORPORATED, registered under Microjacket #492760, Document #794466 in the Mercantile Section of the Public Registry, have not been issued any kind of license by the SMV, nor have been authorized to carry on activities of intermediation, administration, or advisory in securities, financial instruments or forex, in or from the Republic of Panama, within the scope of the Securities Law.

The web site www.pfwealth.com, states falsely claim as its Address in #0816-05450, Zona 5 Boulevard Balboa Marbella, Panama Republic of Panama.

That the Swedish securities regulator has issued the following warning notice, available on the following link https://www.fi.se/Folder-EN/Startpage/Register/Investor-alerts/Warning-list/Warning-for-Prescott-Fitzgerald:

“Prescott Fitzgerald is not authorised by Finansinspektionen, and therefore not entitled to provide financial services.

Prescott Fitzgerald has a website (www.pfwealth.com). The company claims to have the following address: 0816-05450, Zona 5 Boulevard Balboa, Marbella, Panama, Republic of Panama.

Finansinspektionen has received information that Prescott Fitzgerald has approached investors in Sweden by telephone.”
