PUBLIC RELEASE
The Superintendence of Securities Market of the Republic of Panama (hereinafter the “SMV”), in accordance with its legal duty of strengthen and promote the proper environment for the development of the securities market in the Republic of Panama, in compliance with the regulation contained in the Securities Law, makes the following public statement:
- The Superintendence had found about the activities of the following companies that could be an infringement to the Securities Market Law:
- AB INVESTING website https://www.abinvesting.com/es
- That the aforementioned entities do not have, nor have been provided, authorized, granted any type of license or registration issued by the SMV, therefore they do not have authorization to carry out activities related to the securities market, including, securities brokerage business, advisory investment, intermediation in FOREX, investment manager or promotion of any of these, in or from the Republic of Panama, within the regulatory framework established by the Securities Market Law.
- Under the above circumstances, SMV warns the public, bearing in mind the content of this warning..
