The Superintendency of the Securities Market of the Republic of Panama (hereinafter the “SMV”), in accordance with its legal duty to strengthen and promote the proper environment for the development of the securities market in the Republic of Panama, in compliance with the regulation contained in the Securities Law, makes the following public statement:

That:

Third parties are using, without consent, the name of the Investment Advisor Private Investment Management Advisors Panama, S.A., which has the trade name Creand Wealth Management and holds a license granted through Resolution SMV-463-16 dated July 21, 2016.
