The National Securities Commission of the Republic of Panama (hereinafter “CNV”), in accordance with its legal duty to strengthen and develop the securities market in Panama, in compliance with regulations of the Securities Market Law and its regulation, warns to the public as follows:

1.The company PTY PROFIT, S.A. wich is incorporated in the Public Registry of Panama under microjacket number 659848, Document 1565850 of the Mercantile Section, has not been issued any kind of license by the Commission, nor has been authorized to carry out business as a financial intermediary of securities or investment in or from Republic of Panama.

2.The companies London Business Corp and IQ Holdings Corp, have not been issued any kind of license by the Commission, nor have been authorized to carry out businesses as a financial intermediary of securities or investments in or from Panama.

3. The activities of these companies are not subject to regulation and supervision of the CNV.
