WARNING – NON REGULATED ENTITIES – G.C.I. FINANCIAL LTD. (FOREX), CONTINENTAL CLEARING CORP. Ó CONTINENTAL SAVINGS CLUB

The National Securities Commission of the Republic of Panama (Comisión Nacional de Valores de la República de Panamá-CNV), according its legal duty to protect the securities market in Panama, in compliance with regulations of the Decree Law No.1 of  July 8th of 1999 and its agreements, warns to the public as follows:

1. The companies CONTINENTAL CLEARING CORP., which is incorporated in the Public Registry of Panama under the form number 505411, G.C.I. FINANCIAL LTD. and CONTINENTAL SAVING CLUB, without register in the Republic of Panamá, has not been issued any kind of license by the Commission, nor has been authorized to carry out businesses as a brokerage activities or investments advisory in or from Panama.
2. The activities of these companies are not subject to regulation and supervision of the CNV, which can’t endorse or guarantee the performance of its operations.
