The Superintendency of the Securities Market of the Republic of Panama (hereinafter the “SMV”), in accordance with its legal duty to strengthen and develop the securities market in Panama, and with the purpose of protect the legal framework and the integrity and stability of the securities market in compliance with the regulations of the Securities Law, warns the public, of the following:

That the company identified:

EMGOLDEX o EMGOLDEX PANAMA, has not been granted any kind of license by the SMV, nor has been authorized to carry out business as an intermediary, administrator or advisor of securities or Forex activities, in or from the Republic of Panama within the regulatory scope Securities Market Law.

That the web site https://emgoldex.com.pa/ do not relate with the domains of the entities regulated and supervised by the SMV.
