The Superintendency of the Securities Market of the Republic of Panama (hereinafter the “SMV”), in accordance with its legal duty to strengthen and promote the proper environment for the development of the securities market in the Republic of Panama, in compliance with the regulation contained in the Securities Law, makes the following public statement:

Mr.:

ARIEL ENRIQUE MINA DE CASTA has not been issued any kind of license or registration by the SMV, nor has he been authorized to carry on activities of intermediation, administration, or advisory in securities, financial instruments of Forex in or from the Republic of Panama, within the scope of the Securities Law.

It has come to our attention that this individual may be offering services related to trading and Forex at an event called “The Power of You 2025”, scheduled to take place on September 20, 2025, at the Hotel Panamá, from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., without the required license granted by the SMV.

We remind the public that conducting securities-related activities without a license, including the offering of financial products or services, constitutes a very serious violation under Article 269 of the Securities Market Law and will be subject to administrative sanctions, which may include significant fines and other corrective measures, applicable to both individuals and legal entities engaging in such practices.
