The National Securities Commission of the Republic of Panama (hereinafter the “CNV”), in accordance with its legal duty to strengthen and develop the securities market in Panama, in compliance with regulations of the Decree Law No.1 of  July 8th of 1999 and its regulation, warns to the public as follows:

1.    The company WAO MOTOR CORPORATION, registered in the Public Registry of Panama, under microjacket number 693914 of the Mercantile Section is announcing in its website www.wao.20fr.com an offering of securities named “Oferta Circular Emisión Privada” de “Acciones Preferenciales y Acumulativas en Venta”.

2.    The CNV has not authorized the offering of securities named “Oferta Circular Emisión Privada” de “Acciones Preferenciales y Acumulativas en Venta”, announced to the general public by The company WAO MOTOR CORPORATION, therefore the CNV does not approve this offering.
