PUBLIC RELEASE

 The Superintendency of Securities Market of the Republic of Panama (hereinafter the “SMV”), in accordig with its legal duty to strengthen and promote the proper environment for the development of the securities market in the Republic of Panama, in compliance with regulations contained in the securities Law, makes the following public statement::

1.The Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores de España (CNMV) has warned that the company known under the trade name SWISS8, S.A., does not have any authorization to carry out regulated activities in the securitiesThis information is available in the following link:

2.      The company SWISS8, S.A., is registered under microjacket number 642457, document 1473309, registered in the Mercantile Section of the Public Registry, has not been issued any kind of license by the SMV, nor has been authorized to carry on activities of intermediation, administration, or advisory in securities, financial instruments or forex, in or from the Republic of Panama, within the scope of the Securities Law.

4.      That the websites: www.swiss8.com falsely claim that their address in Panama is: Pueblo Nuevo, Avenue La Pulida, La Riviera, Oficina 3a., República de Panamá.

5.      Under the above circumstances, the SMV warns the public, considering the content of this public release.
