The Superintendency of Securities Market of Panama (hereinafter the “SMV”), in accordance with its legal duty to strengthen and develop the securities market in Panama, in compliance with regulations of the Securities Law, warns to the public as follows:

The alleged company S29B, has not been issued any kind of license or securities authorization by the SMV, nor has been authorized to carry out businesses as financial intermediaries of securities or investments in or from the Republic of Panama, especially FOREX.
