La Superintendencia del Mercado de Valores of the Republic of Panama (hereinafter the “SMV”), in accordance with its legal duty to strengthen and develop the securities market in Panama, in compliance with regulations of the Securities Law and its regulation, warns to the public as follows:
The company REGENCY ASESORES DE INVERSIONES is not registered before the Public Registry of Panama, has not been issued any kind of license by the SMV, likewise does not maintain registration of securities with this Authority, nor has been authorized to carry out businesses as financial intermediaries of securities or investments in or from the Republic of Panama.
