The Superintendency of the Securities Market of the Republic of Panama (hereinafter the “SMV”), in accordance with its legal duty to strengthen and promote the proper environment for the development of the securities market in the Republic of Panama, in compliance with the regulation contained in the Securities Law, makes the following public statement:

That:

 

The general public is hereby advised that Preferred Capital Limited and Simas As Latam do not hold a registration or license issued by the Superintendency of the Securities Market (SMV) and are therefore not authorized to carry out regulated activities or provide services subject to the supervision of this authority.

Accordingly, this notice is issued to warn the public and help prevent potential harm. Individuals are advised to exercise caution before engaging in any transactions or investments involving these entities.
