WARNING – NON AUTHORIZED ENTITY – INVERSIONES PLUS

The National Securities Commission of the Republic of Panama (Comisión Nacional de Valores de la República de Panamá-CNV), according its legal duty to protect the securities market in Panama, in compliance with regulations of the Decree Law No.1 of  July 8th of 1999 and its agreements, warns investors and the public in general that:

• That the company INVERSIONES PLUS, which is possibly offering investments products and services related to the currency market (FOREX), has not obtained the required registration to lawfully operate in Panama, at the Panamanian Public Registry nor at the Ministry of Commerce and Industry.

• That the company INVERSIONES PLUS has not been issued any kind of license by the CNV of Panama, nor has been authorized to carry out business as a financial intermediary of securities or investments in or from the Republic of Panama. Therefore, the CNV which can not endorse or guarantee the performance of its operations and any investment in this market is by own risk of the investor.
