The National Securities Commission of the Republic of Panama (Comisión Nacional de Valores de la Republica de Panamá-CNV), according its legal duty to protect the securities market in Panama, in compliance with regulations of the Decree Law No.1 of July 8th of 1999 and its agreements, warns to the public as follows:
1. The company Goldman Capital Partners, LLC, with web site www.goldmancapitalsingapore.com, doesn´t have any kind of license issued by the CNV, nor has been authorized to carry out businesses as a financial intermediary of securities or investments in or from Panama.
2. The address ” Calle 47 Este y Avenida Aquilino de la Guardia, Edificio Plaza HSBC, Mezzanine, Panama City, Panama ” does not belong to Goldman Capital Partners, LLC., as it claimed on its website.
3. Under the above circumstances, the CNV warns the public, considering the content of this public release.
