FINANCIERA PRONTOCASH
The Superintendencia del Mercado de Valores of the Republic of Panama (hereinafter SMV), has taken note about news and publications on a number of sensitive facts about the activities undertaken by the company FINANCIERA PRONTOCASH, S.A.
The SMV, in fulfilling its role as guarantor entity to develop and strengthen the conditions for the development of the stock market in the Republic of Panama and in compliance with the regulations contained in its securities law (Texto Único del Decreto Ley No.1 de 1999), makes the following statement:
- The company FINANCIERA PRONTOCASH, S.A., registered before the Public Registry of Panama under form number No.541064, has not been issued any kind of license by the SMV, likewise does not maintain registration of securities with this Authority.
- In consequence FINANCIERA PRONTOCASH, S.A., nor has been authorized to carry out businesses as financial intermediary of securities or investments in or from the Republic of Panama.
