The National Securities Commission of the Republic of Panama (hereinafter the “CNV”), in accordance with its legal duty to strengthen and develop the securities market in Panama, in compliance with regulations of the Securities Market Law and its regulation, warns to the public as follows:
The company DT TRADING LIMITED is not registered in the Public Registry of Panama, has not been issued any kind of license by the CNV, likewise does not maintain registration of securities with this Commission, nor has been authorized to carry out businesses as financial intermediaries of securities or investments in or from the Republic of Panama.
The address “Torre Las Americas, Torre B, Nivel 20, Oficina 2003-B ” does not belong to DT TRADING LIMITED, as it claimed on its website.
