The National Securities Commission of the Republic of Panama (hereinafter the “CNV”), in accordance with its legal duty to strengthen and develop the securities market in Panama, in compliance with regulations of the Decree Law No.1 of July 8th of 1999 and its regulation, warns to the public as follows:
The companies SKY INVESTMENTS CORP., which is announced on the web site www.skyinvestmentscorp.com, SKY INVESTMENT CORPORATION, incorporated under Microjacket number 38192 of the Mercantile Section of the Public Registry, SKY HEDGE FUND, S.A. which is incorporated under Microjacket number 618443, document 1355493 of the Mercantile Section of the Public Registry, and Omar Adalberto Arroyo (a.k.a Carlos Tomas Santiago Rivera, Luis Omar, Alberto Arroyo, Omar Ferret and Alberto Miranda), born in Puerto Rico, on January 16th, 1973, American citizen with passport number of United States of America 037540155, have not been issued any kind of license by the Commission, nor have been authorized to carry out businesses as financial intermediaries of securities or investments in or from Panama.
