PUBLIC RELEASE

The National Securities Commission of the Republic of Panama (hereinafter the “CNV”), in accordance withits legal duty to strengthen and develop the securities marketin Panama, in compliance with regulations of the Decree Law No.1 of July 8th of 1999, and its regulations, warns investors and the public in general that:

The companies incorporated in the Public Registry of Panama,PMA GLOBAL MANAGEMENT, S.A., under Microjacket number 546945, Document 1048388; LIMITED RISK INVESTMENT, S.A., under Microjacket number 482964, Document 762488;BOSTON MANAGEMENT, S.A., under Microjacket number 383424, Document 135383; and CHICAGO COMODITIES and REAL OPTION ADVISORS, which are not registered in the Mercantile Section of the Public Registry, have not been issued any kind of license by the CNV, nor have been authorized to carry out business as financial intermediaries of securities or investments in or from the Republic of Panama.

Consequently, the activities of these companies and the performance of its operations cannot be endorsed or guaranteed by the CNV, as said companies have not been authorized, nor granted a license to operate in the stock market.
