The Panamanian National Securities Commission (CNV) sends out a public warning advising that the society denominated PDR EXCHANGE (PANAMA), INC. has openly stated through their Internet site www.pdrexchange.com, that it has been established since 2007 to operate an online trading platform for Pan America Depository Receipts (PDR´S), that is fully enabled and open 24/7 to all beneficiaries of the mentioned Fundación Pan America, offering its users tools to achieve investment diversity and is now open to actively trade in the market.
