Warning – Forex (International Foreign Exchange Market) – Panamoney Technologies Inc.

The National Securities Commission of the Republic of Panama (Comisión Nacional de Valores de la República de Panamá-CNV), according to its legal duty to protect the securities market in Panama, in compliance with the regulations of the Decree Law No.1 of July 8th of 1999 and its agreements, warns the public as follows:

1. The company PANAMONEY TECHNOLOGIES INC., incorporated in the Public Registry of Panama under Form number 613557 of the Trade Section, promotes activities like a company that invests in the currency market (FOREX), which does not require license of this Commission because it isn´t regulated by Decree Law 1 1999 (securities law). Therefore, any investment in this market will be execute by own risk of the investor.

2. This Commision has verified Panamoney Technologies Inc. contact address (50 Street, Global Plaza Tower, 19th floor, Suite H) published on their website: www.panamoney.net, and has concluded that this entity has no physical offices conducting operations in this location.

3. The activity of this company is not subject to regulation and supervision of the CNV, which can’t endorse or guarantee the performance of its operations.
