The Superintendency of the Securities Market of the Republic of Panama (hereinafter the “SMV”), in accordance with its legal duty to strengthen and promote the proper environment for the development of the securities market in the Republic of Panama, in compliance with the regulation, contained in the Securities Law, makes the following public statement:

The entity linked to the website https://mrkmltd.com, identified during checks under the name “MARKAM LTD”, is not and has not been licensed by the SMV, so it is not authorized to conduct intermediary, management, or advisory business in securities, financial instruments, contracts for difference (CFDs), Forex, or other activities under SMV supervision, in or from the Republic of Panama.

As a result, investors are warned about the risks associated with carrying out transactions or investments through this platform. The name MARKAM LTD only refers to the name used by the entity associated with the website mentioned.
