The National Securities Commission of the Republic of Panama (hereinafter “CNV”), in accordance with its legal duty to strengthen and develop the securities market in Panama, in compliance with regulations of the Securities Market Law and its regulation, warns to the public as follows:
1.The company MERCADIVISAS INTERNACIONAL, S.A. which is incorporated in the Public Registry of Panama under microjacket number 677683, Document 1661059 of the Mercantile Section, has not been issued any kind of license by the Commission, nor has been authorized to carry out business as a financial intermediary of securities or investment in or from Republic of Panama.
2. The activities of this company are not subject to regulation and supervision of the CNV.
