The Superintendency of the Securities Market of the Republic of Panama (hereinafter the “SMV”), in accordance with its legal duty to strengthen and promote the proper environment for the development of the securities market in the Republic of Panama, in compliance with regulation contained in the Securities Law, makes the following public statement:

The entity:

PROFIT TEAM PTY, has not been issued any kind of license or registration by the SMV, nor has been authorized to carry on activities of intermediation, administration, or advisory in securities, financial instruments or Forex in or from the Republic of Panama, within the scope of the Securities Law.

 COMUNICADO PÚBLICO # 19

La Superintendencia del Mercado de Valores (en adelante “SMV”), en virtud de la atribución que le confiere la Ley para fortalecer y fomentar las condiciones propicias para el desarrollo del mercado de valores en la República de Panamá y con el propósito de salvaguardar la integridad y estabilidad del mismo, en cumplimiento de la normativa contenida en la Ley del Mercado de Valores, comunica al público lo siguiente:

Que el ente:

Profit Team PTY, no es, ni han sido, titular de licencia expedida por la SMV, por lo que no cuenta con autorización para llevar a cabo negocios de intermediación, administración o asesoría en valores, instrumentos financieros o Forex en o desde el territorio de la República de Panamá, dentro del marco regulatorio que consagra la Ley del Mercado de Valores.
