The Superintendence of the Securities Market of the Republic of Panama (hereinafter the “SMV”), in accordance with its legal duty to strengthen and promote the proper environment for the development of the securities market in the Republic of Panama, in compliance with regulation contained in the Securities Law, makes the following public statement:
- The Financial Markets Authority of New Zealand, on November 28th, 2019, has publicly notified a warning to the investors about Sanderson International, due to is not listed on the Financial Services Providers Register in New Zealand and is not allowed to provide financial products to New Zealand residents, directly or through its website https://sanderson-international.com.
- The website https://sanderson-international.com., states falsely as the address of the company on World Trade Centre, first floor –Commercial Area, 53rd street, Marbella, Panama City, Panamá.
3. The SMV warns that Sanderson International or Sanderson International Financial Advisory Firm does not have a license or registration to carry out stock market activities nor FOREX in or from the Republic of Panama..
