The National Securities Commission of the Republic of Panama (herein the CNV), pursuant to its legal duty to protect the Securities Market in Panama, in compliance with regulations of the Decree Law No.1 of July 8th of 1999 and its agreements, warns investors and the public in general that:

1. The Irish Financial Services Regulatory Authority published on its website a warning informing that JORDAN & COLE INVESTMENTS LTD., is not authorized to provide investment services in Ireland. This information can be found in the following internet link:

2. The company JORDAN & COLE INVESTMENTS LTD., has not applied for or been granted any kind of license issued by the CNV, nor has been authorized to carry out business as a financial intermediary of securities or investments in or from the Republic of Panama.

3. Consequently, the activities of this company and the performance of its operations cannot be endorsed or guaranteed by the CNV.
