The Superintendency of the Securities Market of the Republic of Panama (hereinafter the “SMV”), in accordance with its legal duty to strengthen and develop the securities market in Panama, and with the purpose of protect the legal framework and the integrity and stability of the securities market in compliance with the regulations of the Securities Law (Unified Text of Decree-Law #1 of the 8^th of July 1999), warns the public, of the following:

 

 

That the company identified in the web as FOREX-METAL or the Panamanian company FOREX-METAL LIMITED, S.A., registered in the Mercantile Section of the Public Registry of Panama at the file 407441 and document 281228, are not been granted any kind of license by the SMV, nor has been authorized to carry out business as an intermediary of securities, Investment, or Forex activities, in or from the Republic of Panama within the regulatory Law of the Securities Market.
