WARNING – NON AUTHORIZED ENTITY – WORLDWIDE INVESTMENT COMPANY CORP.

The National Securities Commission of the Republic of Panama (Comisión Nacional de Valores de la República de Panamá-CNV), according its legal duty to protect the securities market in Panama, in compliance with regulations of the Decree Law No.1 of  July 8th of 1999 and its agreements, warns to the public as follows:

That the company WORLDWIDE INVESTMENT COMPANY CORP. which is incorporated in the Public Registry of Panama under the form number 495339, document 802284 of the Trade Section, and that operated with the company WINCAPITA o WINCLUB, however, those enterprises promoting and investing in the currency market known as the FOREX market, it does not require the authorized by the Commission to carry out this businesses by not to be established in the Decree Law No. 1 of July 8, 1999, therefore, warns to the public that the investments are to the risk of the investor.

The activities of these companies are not subject to regulation and supervision of the CNV, which can’t endorse or guarantee the performance of its operations.
